Origin:  Yunnan Lancang (south), province of China
Season:  spring tea
Age of the tea tree: around 100 years
Year:  2007

Material/processing technology: Tea leaves from old wild trees mixed with leaves from very ancient tea trees (approx. 1800 years) are used as main material. The leaves are moderately fermented, steamed and pressed under high temperature.
Growing environment: Raw material comes from an ecological ancient tea garden, far away from any kind of pollution, where humidity is high and the hours of sunshine are limited but still providing enough light. 
Color of tea liquor: Bright brownish red color
Appreciation: Tight shape with silvery bud. Strong aroma with a mellow and sweet taste..
Brewing: This tea can be brewed several times!
Water: 100°C  Brewing time:  approx. 30 seconds (brewing time can be increased after 2nd brewing)
Storage: It is suggested to keep the tea in a clean cool place with air flow. Unlike other teas Pu-Erh ages magnificently but never dies if kept in the right environment .
Health: According to historical records Pu-Erh has a number of potential health benefits and can: contribute to weight loss, control cholesterol, reduce high blood pressure, aid digestion and promote body fluid secretion (anti-aging).
