Origin:  Yunnan Lancang (south),  province of China
Season:  spring tea
Age of the tea tree: around 100 years
Year:  2007

Material/processing technology: Sun-dried Maocha (literally “rough tea”) of big tea trees, processed with traditional technology by Fenghuang old tea men. Growing environment: Far away from any kind of pollution. High humidity and limited hours of sunshine. Color of tea liquor: Bright yellow liquor Appreciation: Moderate mature, bud leaves stout and tight with a strong aroma, superior quality among the green teas. Brewing: This tea can be brewed several times!
Water: 100°C  Brewing time:  approx. 30 seconds (brewing time can be increased after 2nd brewing)

Storage: It is suggested to keep the tea in a clean cool place with air flow. Unlike other teas Pu-Erh ages magnificently but never dies if kept in the right environment.

Health: According to historical records Pu-Erh has a number of potential health benefits and can: contribute to weight loss, control cholesterol, reduce high blood pressure, aid digestion and promote body fluid secretion (anti-aging)
