Origin:  Yunnan Lancang (south), province of China
Season:  spring tea
Age of the tea tree: around 100 years
Year:  2007

Material/processing technology: Sun-dried Maocha (literally “rough tea”) from big trees.  The leaves are moderately fermented, steamed and pressed under high temperature.
Growing environment: Raw material comes from an ecological ancient tea garden, far away from any kind of pollution, where humidity is high and the hours of sunshine are limited but still providing enough light. 
Color of tea liquor: Bright brownish red
Appreciation: Special woody aroma recipe, mix of old and tender leaves, tea liquor in lucid red color with a special woody aroma,  sweet, smooth and mellow taste.
Brewing: This tea can be brewed several times!
Water: 100°C  Brewing time:  approx. 30 seconds (brewing time can be increased as of 2nd brewing).
Storage: It is suggested to keep the tea in a clean cool place with air flow. Unlike other teas, Pu-Erh ages magnificently but never dies if kept in the right environment .
Health: According to historical records Pu-Erh has a number of potential health benefits and can: contribute to weight loss, control cholesterol, reduce high blood pressure, aid digestion and promote body fluid secretion (anti-aging)
