Origin:  Yunnan Lancang (south), province of China
Season:  spring tea
Age of the tea tree: around 500 years
Year:  2007

Material/processing technology: Sun-dried Maocha (literally “rough tea”) of old tea tree from ancient ecological tea garden, processed with traditional technology by experienced and knowledgeable local people.
Growing environment: Tea trees grow in the mountains at approximately 1700 m altitude far away from any kind of pollution where humidity is high and the hours of sunshine are limited but still providing enough light.
Color of tea liquor: Bright yellowish green liquor
Appreciation: Tight strips, tender with white buds. Fresh, mellow aroma and a sweet delicate taste.
Brewing: This tea can be brewed several times!
Water: 100°C  Brewing time:  approx. 30 seconds (brewing time can be increased as of 2nd brewing).
Storage: It is suggested to store the tea in a clean cool place with air flow. Unlike other teas Pu-Erh ages magnificently but never dies if kept in the right environment.
Health: According to historical records Pu-Erh has a number of potential health benefits and can: contribute to weight loss, control cholesterol, reduce high blood pressure, aid digestion and promote body fluid secretion (anti-aging)
